Dallmayr Classic is a perfectly balanced and well-matched composition, consisting of exceptional Arabica beans. Originating from the highland plantations of Ethiopia, the beans are full of flavor and exceptionally aromatic. The natural lightness of the beans is appreciated by consumers worldwide, who predominantly choose this coffee for their special preparations.

What deserves particular attention is the degree of roasting of the beans, which has been conducted in a balanced but quite intense manner. As a result, the Dallmayr Classic composition has a distinct, full flavor, which, however, is not overly strong. Moreover, specifically for this blend, the Dallmayr roastery applied a dedicated method of refining the beans. This has eliminated most of the bitterness and acidic aftertaste from the beans!
