The gradual, slow roasting of the beans significantly reduces acidity and excessive bitterness. The coffee has a pleasant taste and aroma, enriched with notes of nuts and milk chocolate. Upon brewing, a velvety crema forms. It is perfect for making espresso, as well as a base for specialties with added milk.
